Timing & Charges
Transit: depends on destination and the method shown at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods, customs, remote locations, weather and carrier disruption may add time. Available methods and charges appear at checkout before payment.
Address, Tracking & Split Shipments
Provide a complete deliverable address and contact us immediately about corrections. Changes are not guaranteed after preparation starts. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate. Orders can arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers.
International Orders
Destination duties, taxes, brokerage charges and import requirements are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing is outside our control.
Delivery Problems
If tracking shows delivered, check safe locations, household members and neighbors before contacting the carrier and us. Report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 7 days of delivery.
